Straight microduct connectors（DSM） are used to microducts with the same outer diameter(OD) with each other.
Straight microduct connectors are high-quality push-in connectors designed to provide the highest performance for blown and drawn/drawn optical fiber installations.
The body of the connector is made of transparent polycarbonate. This material is highly transparent, impact resistant and durable.
Main use of the fittings is for joining equal size diameter micro duct ranging from 3mm to 25mm O.D.
The straight connector design includes a cartridge of the same size made of engineering thermoplastic at both ends. The characteristics of this POM material are high rigidity and low friction, which makes the microduct connectors have a longer service life in various use environments.
The Straight microduct connectors uses grip and seal technology, where a collet with stainless steel teeth grips the pipe, while the O-Ring provides an airtight seal.
